Screen Printing
Screen printing, also known as silk screening, is a printing technique that involves transferring ink through a mesh screen onto a substrate, typically fabric, paper, or metal.

Screen printing offers several advantages, including the ability to print on various surfaces, vibrant color reproduction, and durability. However, it also has limitations, such as setup time and costs, especially for multi-color designs. Despite these drawbacks, screen printing remains a popular choice for printing high-quality designs on a wide range of substrates.

DTG PRINTING
Direct to Garment (DTG) printing is a modern printing method that involves printing digital designs directly onto fabric using specialized inkjet technology. DTG printing offers several advantages to silk screening but is better used on designs with more than 6 colors. Some of these advantages include: high-quality prints with sharp details and vibrant colors, cost-effectiveness for small production runs, quick turnaround times, and eco-friendliness due to the use of water-based inks.
However, it also has limitations, such as difficulty in achieving vibrant colors on dark garments and higher cost per print compared to traditional methods for large production runs. Despite these limitations, DTG printing is widely used in the apparel industry for creating custom-designed garments, merchandise, and fashion items.
DTF PRINTING
DTF (Direct to Film) printing is a relatively new digital printing method that involves printing designs onto a special film material using a solvent ink printer. DTF printing offers several similar advantages to silk screening and DTG but is better used on smaller runs where keeping cost low is important. Some of these advantages include: the ability to achieve vibrant colors and intricate details, versatility in printing on various fabric types, and compatibility with both light and dark-colored garments. Additionally, DTF printing does not require pre-treatment of fabrics, making it a relatively straightforward process. However, like any printing method, DTF printing also has its limitations. It best transfers to blended fabrics that do not shrink and can present potential challenges in achieving consistent results with certain designs and fabrics.

SUBLIMATION
Sublimation printing is a digital printing method used primarily on polyester fabrics and polyester-coated substrates. Sublimation printing offers several advantages, including the ability to produce vibrant, long-lasting prints with excellent color reproduction, durability, and resistance to fading and washing. It also allows for full-color printing without the need for separate screens or layers, making it ideal for complex designs and photographic images. However, sublimation printing is limited to polyester or polyester-coated substrates, and the design may appear less vibrant on darker fabrics or substrates.
Embroidery
Embroidery offers several advantages, including the ability to create intricate designs with texture and dimension, durability, and a professional, high-end appearance. It can be used on a wide range of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, denim, and leather. However, embroidery is best suited for designs with fewer colors and large areas of solid stitching, as intricate designs with many colors or fine details can be time-consuming and costly to produce.
